Paint
Now its time to prime and paint your house. I found a house that I liked to get ideas for my outside colors. I took a picture of the house and gave to the painter to match. He did a wonderful job matching the colors. This way you know what your house will look like and not end up painting it twice. For the inside I got several sample colors and ended up taking a lot of advice from my painter on accent walls and colors. I figured leave it up to the professionals to make to colors look nice. On the trim I would say to make sure installer nails and glues all corner but joints. This way the seams should not separate and make a nice clean consistent transition. The painters should caulk and sand all trim before priming and painting. If you are painting yourself make sure you buy a high quality paint that will wash down easily. There is a big difference in cheap and high quality paints. Don't skimp because you will regret it when something gets on the wall and you have to repaint because it shows through.
