Framing Cover Inspection

Congratulations the rough in and inspections are complete for plumbing, hvac, sprinklers (if needed), and electrical.  The house is dried in and doors and windows are installed.  Its time to have the final framing cover inspection.  This is where the inspector makes sure all structural and life safety requirements meet up with the approved set of plans.  Nothing should be covered yet and insulation is your next step.  Get the framing cover inspection signed off and your house will be done before you know it.
